I hate all of you guys and I'm blaming it all on Bertuzzi. Let's just all come to an agreement that this is entirely Bertuzzi's fault. Then we can all become brothers again. Meanwhile, Bertuzzi will be burned inside of a wicker man to appease us.

Put Maltby - Draper - Eaves on the top line. That should send a message to our former star players.

Will Bertuzzi please pull a Steve Moore on Barret Jackman and just leave Detroit already. Killing Jackman would be his only contribution to the WIngs, despite what Carman may say.

Our star players are all ******* cross-eyed. They couldn't hit water from a boat right now. Absolutely pathetic effort from the top guys. Draper is the only player we have with any scoring touch right now.

We usually win when Brad May fights. He needs to challenge this Winchester ****** in the next period.

We are terrible in faceoffs in this game. These kids from GR have a long way to go to learn how to take draws consistently well. Oh and Lidstrom continues to suck on the point. He used to have a knack for getting pucks through, but now he can't do it even if no one tries blocking his shots. The physical game has been good however. The scoring touch will hopefully come.

Did you say games against weak opponents? Right now the Wings are themselves a weak opponent. Remember that home game against Edmonton? How's that for weak opponents? Edmonton is a weak team, yet they skated laps around the Wings. We can win these next few games, but lets not get carried away with how great we are just because we're playing subpar teams. We played well against New York, and even then barely won the game on a weak goal late that snuck past Lundqvist. It'll be hard to have a winning streak going with this roster. I see them staying around .500 before the injured players start returning, which is still a long way's off.

The guy is 26 and everyone is talking about how he's still young and has a long ways to go. At 26, there isn't much upside left to his game outside the next season or two. It's not like at 30 he's all of a sudden going to become much faster and a better scorer. If he was in his early 20's, I'd say there was still hope, but right now he looks like he won't go anywhere as a player.

I'm not quite sure. By get him back, do you mean with a hit or a fight challenge? Stevens acted all pissed on that play, but fact is that Domi would have destroyed Stevens had he fought him then and there. It's kind of sad that this thread turned into another stupid Bertuzzi/Moore debate. The thread had so much promise, but apparently this s*** is the only incident anyone wanted to talk about.

Don't see any of them being any more than just solid role players. Ericsson has the best chance to be something better, but I'm not as sure of him now as I was in the past.

That's pretty hilarious. We haven't had slot scoring since Fedorov, Hull and Shanny left. Nobody on our current team can shoot like those guys could.

#4 is my favorite. Poor Scott Niedermayer. Also, Simon's slash on Hollweg wasn't worse than the one McSorley put on Brashear. Don't know why it was ranked higher.

I hate these kinds of threads. So does this mean that we shouldn't criticize Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Rafalski, Bertuzzi and Leino for not being consistent and producing offensively? Since when did star players have to rely on guys like Flip and Franzen to carry them? Our top 3 players have been untouched this year when it comes to injuries. Let me put it this way. I place no blame on Franzen, Flip, Kronwall, Williams and Lilja for this season's struggles. The other guys in the lineup are fair game if they aren't playing up to their potential.

How can you be -19 in 28 games? He must have been on pace to break some records with that kind of stat.

Are you related to Todd Bertuzzi by any chance? Calling him our best player is like saying that Lebda is our best d-man. And if he's so skilled and hard-working, how come his has so few points? Skill and hard work usually equals tons of points.
