It is if the goalie gets out of the way and leaves the entire net open.

Why did Mrazek over-commit like that? Way too easy a goal to give up when the shooter is coming from an angle and has the defender riding him.

The 4th line should be Lesnar, Glendenning, McGrattan.

How is that even possible? I've never done that as GM on any video game.

On paper, we probably have the worst first and fourth line in the NHL. I'd say the second and third lines are near the bottom of the league. The defense has to be the worst in the league as far as the first and second pairing goes. Hard to believe this team has won 6 games this season. I don't know what all this Corsica s*** is (that's where Napoleon is from), but I'm not surprised the 4th line is last in the league in efficiency.

I have no opinion on this. I guess I don't mind them sharing playing time like it's been so far. Neither has stood out and both have been fairly solid. This defense, however, needs a Hasek or a Tretiak behind it.

That was a hard game to watch. Players couldn't string two passes together. Boston dominated the whole game.

He's already sitting. Marchenko and Smith are the most logical choices. You can't sit Ericsson, because he's our only enforcer. DeKeyser has immunity (even though he doesn't deserve it) and Green is the only defenseman on this team who can score a goal, besides Sproul. Speaking of Sproul, he should not sit. He's looked solid and needs to play to help his development. I don't see Marchenko doing anything better than him. -

How come the Blues have so many good young players? I don't remember them tanking like some other teams to get good picks. Their defense looks like a team of All Stars compared to our defense. -

This team is way too soft on the puck in this game. That goal came off a faceoff that could have been avoided if that baby Sheahan could have moved the puck out of the zone. Same thing has happened in several similar situations. Wings look like they're playing against the '89 Flames here. -

I figured it out. You must have joined the forum mid season, and didn't make enough posts to qualify for a 2008 Cup winning badge.

I noticed that too. Haven't we won a few division titles and President trophies since I joined in 2007? I want more stinking badges! Oh and I don't want them to share with the Pistons because I'm selfish and like the idea of the Wings having their own arena (like they do now).

Nobody. Just the Wings when they're televised nationally or when I can bother with online streams. I haven't religiously followed hockey since 2004 or so (I guess the lockout did it for me).
