Anaheim is still the most formidable foe. They've got the talent and the hunger after last year's lazy season riddled with controversy and distractions. Also, I hate to mention this, but we're 0-2 against Giguere in the playoffs, not to mention 0-4 against him in playoff OT's. He basically has the Wings' number, and if we face them again, it'll be a tough matchup for the Wings.

You guys must have short memories, since Lidstrom does have one fight in his career. It was when Tinordi jumped him and pounded him during a line brawl. A pretty cheap move by a cheap player, but it did register as a fight nonetheless. Actually, those guys were the ones who held on for dear life. He landed on top of both of them, thus registering them as victories in my book. You're just one of those people who want to diminish his undefeated season. Well, it's not going to work with me.

Kopecky is a retard. The guy destroys and bloodies his opponent in his only NHL fight, and yet he's afraid to fight since then. Babcock needs to push him to toughen up and play like a 4th line checker who isn't afraid to shed the gloves.

It's happened before, so it's not a joke. Yes, it usually happens when we're up 5-0, so it doesn't affect the outcome of the game, but that isn't the point the other team cares about by then. If I was the opposing team, I'd take runs at Wings players all night knowing that I wouldn't have to fear the same thing from the other side. How else are teams going to attempt to challenge us? Favre has acted like a menapausal ***** for the last 5 years, and has been a distraction to this team and a circus clown with his post game press conferences and indecisiveness. For me, both players have immunity and I'll never want them gone. I just don't understand why people would treat Chelli any differently than someone like Maltby or Drapes, all of which have been Wings for a long time. I guess we agree on that point.

Well, he's the reason our young players got so much playoff experience in 2007. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any Cup in 2008.

The Hawks didn't seem to do that bad against us last year. This does make them better, but they were going to be better already with the signing of Campbell, plus the young stars that they have. A lot will also depend on Havlat and Khabibulin.

Let me know when Lidstrom becomes captain of the divealanche. Until then, I won't worry about losing a hockey mind to a rival organization.
