Our best player in the playoffs is hurt right now, which is why we're flat, although that doesn't excuse the other players from sucking. Just remember that if not for Franzen, this team would probably have lost game 5 against Nashville and would have been golfing a long time ago.

I expected a blow out in both games. The fact is that the Pens are a hungry team. Just look at the way they finished off the last game, even though they lost. The Wings, however, have no hunger right now, and it's going to be harder to finish this series now that Dallas has confidence. 2 games ago, Dallas was ready to pack it in. All they needed was an opening, and they got it.

I'd take some of those goals for tomorrow.

At this point I don't care how we win the Cup. If every Dallas player gets the flu, and we wind up playing the Iowa Stars tomorrow beating them 12-1, I'm fine with that. Then the Pens will have more rest, while the Wings are going to be battling the Stars. That's not good for the Wings.

Goonery. Hopefully they'll injure Crosby or Malkin making it easier for us if we indeed win this series.

This makes me feel even more ashamed of the way the Wings played yesterday. Look at the passion in Crosby and Malkin's faces, and then look to those zombies we had on the ice for us yesterday.
