He needs to be benched for Lilja. That was the last straw.

Let's face it, everything has gone our way so far in the playoffs when it comes to injuries, bad breaks, and calls. There's no way you can have a Cup run without any heavy adversity. For all we know, he won't be back again this season since concussions are hard to predict. Someone else will have to step up if he doesn't return again. Cleary no longer has a pass for his nonexistence offensively. He has to step up as does Flip, and even Sammy. We have to show the divealanche how you're supposed to play with injuries.

We've had no secondary scoring this postseason other than Franzen. No one else has been consistent enough to rely on. Hopefully that will change.

You're telling me he's had a concussion since early in the Colorado series where he scored 9 goals? I find that hard to believe.

Floppa never scored more than 30 goals in a season. Malkin, on the other hand, has a rocket for a shot. Also, he's much better than Floppa was at this stage in his career. I'll take Malkin's future in a heartbeat over Floppa's injury plagued career. He's more of an all-around offensive threat than Forsberg was, and will only get better defensively.

I hope that's not his reasoning, becuase Ott war running around like a hyperactive monkey looking for people to blindside. Dallas is no different than any other team, since everyone seems to have a little pest like that in the lineup.

Don't forget that Phillipe Boucher is injured, so even if we win this series, they'll always be able to say that him not playing affected the outcome of the whole series. Screw the Stars and their so-called fans. As someone already mentioned, it's their fault their team had no killer instinct to finish the Sharks off earlier.

This is all Sammy's fault. With him putting up points, that gives less incentive to bench him so that both Maltby and McCarty can play. Sammy needs to stop getting all these assists, or else I'm running out of reasons for why he should be a healthy scratch.

The JLA crowd can make any game seem sleepy. I hope they're not too tired to cheer when we win the Cup if it happens to be during a home game. It was sad to watch again tonight.

I wish McCarty was out there to put a sock in Ott's mouth. That's something to watch the rest of this series. Also, no one is willing to point out that Dallas is to blame for the short rest that they got. If they had finished San Jose off earlier, and not waited till the 6th game and the 4th overtime to do it, they wouldn't have been in this position.
