I am reading Rebel League which is about the rise and fall of the WHA. I am also reading a crap load of text books, 17 credits is a *****. Dangerous Book for Boys was fun to read. I bought it just before I left at the begining of last summer to work at a summer camp.

I would still watch the Wings play, but banning fighting would be a major bone head move, it does have its place in the game, even in the "new" NHL.

The 07 - 08 season for Michigan State gets going Sunday October 7th at 2:00 pm with the Green and White game and two days later an exibition game against University of Windsor. The regular season's first home game is against Colgate on 10/19. This season Justin will be serving as an one of the three alternate captains.

I was not expecting any trades or anything. I just was saying I like his playing style, but in all honesty I do not forsee him ever becoming a red wing. Although, Eklund more than likely is going to try and start a rumor from this.

If I am not mistaken Jon Insana is at the wings camp this year, Horcoff and him played together at Michigan State for two seasons. Maybe thats how he is there. I would not mind seeing him in a Winged Wheel, he is a decent center.

How does Georgia Tech 33, Notre Dame 3 sound. By the way it was great to see Dantonio's era begin with a success and have the reserves get some quality playing time. The entire campus erupted with cheers when we heard that the feild goal was blocked, all most all of the tail gate partys the game on the radio and a few had it on tv.

Thats not hard at all. Just do what Michigan State did for the Cold War. There are companys that you can rent an outdoor ice sheet from, and they will come about a week before and set it up and that also will allow the two teams to have a couple of practices to get used to the bounces from the boards and glass.

About time I see someone else who thinks Reed Low would be a good addition. I mentioned this in a different group and was lambasted with people saying fighting is not an important part of the game. Anywas another reason a fighter would be good is that violence sells. The Joe looked empty most of last season.
