Add Gaborik and re-sign him after next year and we'll have our transition, puck moving/possession game back when guys like Ouellet, Sproul and Backman are Wings. Even Almqvist. Keep puck possession and add guys who could add to it with a Gaborik type acquisition.

And as far as Gaborik performing in the playoffs, he was with the Wild and their horrific trap hockey and scored 40+ and wasn't really in the playoffs much. The guys around him when he was there were junk.

I was just looking through the mock draft and noticed that Columbus has 3 picks in the 1st round this year. They already have graduated prospects that are gonna be awesome like Atkinson and Calvert, and have Ryan Murray on the way. But 3 picks in the 1st round of this years draft is gonna be huge for them.
