Nyquist is very smart and has a great deal of poise with the puck. i could see him doing a lot of work with Dats in the offseason cause he looks to have a certain potential. Really likin' the kid. -

it was definitely high sticking, but i'm still fairly pissed that franzen's face is bloodied and the predators got the PP on that one too. i hate them and their fugly jerseys. -

The roughing call was the wrong call to begin with then. At the 20 mark of the 3rd period, he should have been given a match. You want to get intellectual about it, what Bertuzzi did was no worse than what Weber did. The Wings players just didn't ensue a pile up on top of Z after the play to ultimately break his neck. Say what you will about this and negg it, but it's "matter of fact."

He's faster, grittier and better 2-way. I'll take a few less points with WAY less giveaways and slowing down of an entire line.

Hudler is WAY too slow to play centre. But if it meant that Nyquist jumped on the Z-Flip line and Hudler quit bogging it down with his slowness and lack of creativity, i'd be all for it. Gus should be in the top 6, he's speedy and creative.
