i respect bryzgalov and lombardi. jovo is a cheap, dirty prick. the rest of the players aside from wolski are plugs in a lame late 90's, early 2000's devils trap. their style is boring and doesn't really showcase their players true talent. should the coyotes win game 7, during yotes-sharks games, i will encourage you all to instead of watching the games, plant something nice and watch it grow until you get something nice. hopefully tomorrow is the last revenue the coyotes generate this year.

agreed. rafalski has been giving the puck away alot because he's afraid to get hit by much larger opponents. at this point i would rather get rid of rafalski's overpaid $6 million salary, scrap schneider completely....throw the equipment back on jiri fischer. man i wish that was an option! just had an interesting thought though...i wonder how drew miller would do on defense?? he looks more like a defenseman on the wing to me. more on topic...i guess rafalski.

kovalchuk would not be offered more than dats or Z to be a Wing. therefore, not gonna happen. dats and Z are complete players that bring more than a good shot and speed to the table. i would like kovy on the wings, but that means no hudler (not that i care much), and possibly trying to get rid of either cleary or rafalski, and lids signing for peanuts if he keeps playing. lids has already made about 100 mil though, so he hopefully will do the same thing yzerman did at the end of his career. not sure if you want to dismantle too much of the wings team to bring in one guy and have the hossa effect where the pressure is too much for him to handle.

i will never respect the coyotes. i do not think they deserve a team, with revenue sharing that wasn't in the league when Winnipeg, Quebec, Hartford, and Minnesota (the 1st time) were in the league. i have my obvious reasons for my hatred toward them. even if dats and Z...and Stamkos were on the coyotes, i could not bring myself to respect them or cheer for them until relocation. maybe it's childish hatred on my behalf, but that's what i was when it all started.

different era, different team... the wings are playing better in Phoenix than Detroit. that game yesterday was a complete disgrace and the wings missed the net on almost all of their quality opportunities. the wings have also had home ice for the past dozen or so years...so that leaves little opportunity to win a game 7 on the road.

I'm aware that Michalek and Kovalev are injured, as well as Kuba which takes 2 of the top 6 forwards and 1 top 4 D-man out, but the Sens that are still there have been the s***s. Everyone just skates right past rebounds. Alfredsson is a shadow of his former self and Spezza is horribly lazy and coasts constantly. The only thing keeping them kind of in games is Fleury's sub-par performances. With the losses to key players on the Sens, they are by far the weakest team in the entire playoffs. Really makes you wish Philly finished 5th so the Pens would have a challenge in the 1st round.

good point. it doesn't look like he's trying very hard this year either. whatever way you look at it, even with weber and suter on D, the hawks should be able to manage more goals than the preds with the likes of hossa, toews, kane, bolland, sharp, etc...and kopecky gets the only goal seriously hawks?? and they have keith and seabrook on defense that can put the puck in the net and keep it out...so i'm not sure what their problem is. niemi isn't that great, but he should be good enough to tend the net on that team right to the WCF. i'd personally like to see detroit and chicago in the WCF...goddamn nashville and phoenix are boring as s***.

nope. i was watching the game with my dad and we both pretty much thought the 2 wings tht played the worst were franzen and draper. draper gave the puck away every time he got it. franzen looked like he ate an entire mule before the game. they'll both pick up their games. mule just needs to snipe on top shelf on "breeze by the glove". not sure how many people noticed bryzgalov's tendancies, but he goes down to the butterfly and leaves the top of the net open all the time. top corner and the wings will chase his ass, just like they had to do last year with hiller.

2 times in the last 5 minutes of the game yesterday all bertuzzi had to do was raise the puck and it's 4-4 going into overtime. Z should have had 4 assists and came away with 2. either he needs to see if flip can bury them, or he needs a linemate like dats or franzen. if they don't put dats and Z on together, they should move bert down and try eaves with flip and Z.

could have... i was saying all night wednesday when williams was on the ice that he was highly ineffective...no way babcock couldn't have seen it. he has NO intensity. this move will be huge for the wings moving forward in the playoffs. 4-2 wings tonight. franzen's gonna have a huge game tonight.

i'm from winnipeg too and i definately cheered for the wings at the old winnipeg arena with my dad. yzerman and probert were the s***! i'm itching for the wings game to start...but in the meantime GO SENS!

that sucks. my right shoulder is doin pretty good now. my left wrist got worse after my right shoulder surgery...go figure. best of luck dude.

had shoulder surgery done last summer, end of august. recently had an mri on my wrist to see the damage caused when went wrist first into the corner of the yellow dasher on the boards going top speed after getting the old can opener by the other team at regional hockey championships a couple years ago. that was right after re-habbing a nice groin tear. i'd go through it all again if the wings would win the cup this year

and savard should be back if they make it to the 2nd round...IF. and he'll be healthy to start next season. seguin's going to the B's, and he'll be a great right handed shot to replace kessel on savards line. cause you guys know the oilers are taking hall.

ryan smyth is just as bad as homer. always has been, but he's a good little canadian boy... so am i, but i'm adding to the previous point. there should be no bias. but watch kings games and see what that ****** bag smyth gets away with.

pretty much what i was getting at. and the only jet on the coyotes is doan...though we would have liked lombardi on the jets all those long years back. i was a wings fan back then anyways, as i have been my whole life, but it was nice having a team to cheer for. the last days with selanne, doan, zhamnov, tkachuk, khabibulin, numminen and so on...not a bad team to watch. they went to phoenix and the whole team fell apart very quickly.
