Sheahan - 6 career games - 1 goal, 3 assists, 4 points, +4 rating. Anyone else like his 200 foot game? Cause I do.

Nyquist has really good chemistry with Z, he just needs to bury a couple to get back on the horse. Give Dats Tatar on his wing and I'm sure we'll see the chemistry they had the couple times they played together and then move Franzen and Alfredsson around on the other wings on those lines and you have a pretty dirty top 6 once the team is healthy. I don't care who is better...we have both. It's like comparing Dats and Z.

Z, Kronwall and DeKeyser's ice times were . Gotta play them all a little less so they don't burn out or get injured. Though I'm very impressed with Kronwall. His transition to our #1 Dman was hard when Lids retired and this year he's had to be even more of a leader and he's got 28 points in 42 games and is +6 on a team where he plays almost half the game each night with a lineup that's been in the blender all year.

He's used to the NHL size and speed now and you can tell he's comfortable out there. He's got swagger. He's hanging on to the puck and making things happen. He's not afraid to drive the net with the puck and it's getting us goals lately. The past 3 games he's been ridiculous.

I am so far beyond impressed with Tatar. His dad passes away, he plays. And he doesn't just play, he was absolutely awesome. He really showed a lot of heart out there for his dad. I'm glad that we have an undersized forward on the the Wings that plays with as much heart and compete level as Z and Dats. To me, Tatar is a true Red Wing and showed why tonight.

Get Tatar and Sheahan out there once Z and the others can get off the ice.

Abs gets hit in the mouth and then Carter charges Smith and the hit was late...... Guess the whistles are gone. Tatar with the goal that I called for earlier today. Couldn't be happier for the little guy!

Lovin' Sheahan's game as well. Driving the net, playing solid 2-way game using his size and speed a lot. Need more of that on the Wings for sure.

2 down....tied at 1....time for Nyquist to break out of his slump and get the Detroiter's some curly fries. Someone's gotta clear the crease. He's had enough of Brown by the looks of it.

It'll come. He started off hot when he got here, he just has been cold and not getting the bounces the past 10 games. He works way too hard not to cash in.

Seeing as Smith has been one of our best Dmen and has been making really good stretch passes and making really good pinches and offensive plays on the rush.....there's a really good chance we will NOT see him on the PP.

I haven't seen a player quite as dumb as Quincey in quite some time. The guy is beyond stupid between his penalties and his reading of plays. But Sheahan's already the 2nd line centre

The main knock I have on Miller and Andersson is that they're both slow and both don't use that size they have. Whereas Sheahan and Callahan do and have more offensive upside. They would be better energy guys for the bottom 6.
