I think that Frk and Jurco could be a good tandem and both live up to the power forward role. I can't wait for a Wings team that hopefully will have Nyquist, Jurco, Tatar, Mantha and Frk. I just hope that team still has Datsyuk and Zetterberg. Wishful thinking, but with a hopeful departure this summer for Cleary, Sammy, Tuzzi, Miller, Eaves, that leaves room for some top prospects to actually have a 1% chance of making the Wings out of camp, should they be the best player for the spot. Crosby played in the Q, so did Mario Lemieux...

I may have to see if I can switch my Gamecenter to AHL Live. The Griffins may be able to beat the Wings pretty soon.

I'm onboard with this. Maybe consipracy theory like, but consipracy's keep things interesting. I think Franzen's pride is the only thing that is hurt, though he doesn't "have fun" in the regular season anyways, so he likely wouldn't give a rats ass if he got benched anyways.

This made me so happy words can't express just how that dog is. On a game note, Dallas is meh, but they are fast. If the Wings have their same legs that played the Jets, expect a similar outcome from a team that isn't that great but has speed to burn, aside from the village elder Ray Whitney.

Apparently after the game they interviewed Pardy and he didn't know what was going on but thought it was pretty funny, as did I. I look at it this way, if that happened to me, I'd be laughing pretty hard. After the game, I'd sign the helmet and give it to the drunken helmet thief.

I'm playing right now. Considering trading Franzen to a team I hate, call up Jurco, trade Quincey to a team I hate, recall Ouellet. He won't be recalled for tomorrow's game, but it's only a matter of time before Eaves is waived as well and Tuzzi wrecks his back (unfortunate, but an annual happening at this point)… He will be a full time Wing prior to the trade deadline. Have faith in Goose Nyquistfan!

If hockey were the "business" it was supposed to be, Cleary would have been waived before Tootoo, Sammy would be waived to at least get rid of some of his $3 mil salary and Tootoo would even stay over Miller as he brings more to the table and a much needed element to a team with no real hitters aside from Helm at forward. I'm with Mike J. on this one. While Kenny's waiving guys, he should waive Cleary, Sammy and Quincey to see if anyone wants the garbage that Holland believes should be in our lineup.

Cleary has been horribly bad. the 2nd line will get their s*** together when Cleary is no longer dragging it down. I put him on the 2nd D pairing to play with a superior defensive partner in Ericsson.

Come playoff time: Z-Dats-Bert Alfredsson-Weiss-Franzen Tatar-Helm-Nyquist Abdelkader-Andersson-Tootoo Eaves DeKeyser-Kronwall Ericsson-Smith Kindl-Ouellet Lashoff Cleary, Quincey and Miller can play for GR.

Quincey is a complete joke. He get's more ice time the worse he plays. It's a ******* anomaly! Miller is meh. He's completely replaceable and he's getting slower. His offensive creativity lasted about 15 games 2 years ago. I'm pretty much done with him. Abdelkader has the right amount of appreciation. He's given a role, he does his job and we appreciate him for it. I'd say Jimmy and Tootoo. Jimmy keeps the Wings in games that they don't show up for (like tonight against the Jets) and Tootoo is a leave it all on the ice type and we need more of him and less of Cleary and Miller.

Weiss keeps looking for Cleary but he's too erratically retarded and Alfredsson is losing a step, especially at the end of a road trip. Kindl played good. Quincey is a giveaway machine and has terrible defensive awareness. DeKeyser was due for his 1st and glad he got it. So many posts and cross bars. Funny his 1st career goal would be so much like the ones that Lids got his whole career. That kid has a very bright future. They play the Jets again in a week. Let's see what Wings team shows up and what Jets team does too. Both teams are very bi-polar.

Notes from the game: - Getting to see DeKeyser score his 1st career NHL goal, pretty cool. - Quincey is a complete liability and needs to go making way for Ouellet. - The Jets played awesome. A complete TEAM effort that was needed and they showed what kind of hockey they are capable of playing, they just don't do it consistently. - Cleary is beyond useless garbage. He better not be a Wing next season or I may lose hope in the future of this organization. - The Wings got burnt on passes along the boards constantly and the Jets turned uncontested to the net giving them tons of quality scoring chances. - Jimmy played great. It could have been 8 or 9 to 2 had he not played so good. - Darren Helm needs more ice time and we need to keep Tootoo. Get Miller off that line, he's too slow. - Almqvist was decent with the puck, making simple plays. Improvements need to be made on D zone coverage for him to play at the NHL level. - Our 2nd line is ass. We will not make it out of the 1st round with Cleary in the top 6, maybe top 9….have I mentioned how brutal he is yet? - Enstrom may have played Smegl in Lord of the Rings.

Tootoo loves coming to Winnipeg. He's always got family here. I saw him wandering th mall one of his first summers in the NHL. Hes a very down to earth guy. Last year the only game Helm played in he and Tootoo were on a line together and had a 7 hit shift or something like that. It was awesome. Grind linesque. I actually wish Tatar to ne dropped to the 3rd line tonight to play with Helm and Tootoo. Best forecheck ever!

The Jets have been playing super s***ty lately, so the Wings should play the way they know how and win this game handily. The Jets also have Stuart out, their best shot blocker, Trouba out with the neck brace and something happened to Postma so they're overplaying Buff, Bogo and Enstrom to make up for the Swiss cheese blue line.

Some 3rd/4th line scrub will run Emery next time they meet, and deservedly so. And knowing the Flyers, they'll play Emery so they have more news about the team than just their horrible team record and mentally handicapped GM.
