Gelech would be nice, i've yet to see him play, but from what i've read about him, there is no reason not to atleast bring him up for a short stint, instead of using the same ole hartigan, who will never amount to anything to us. I agree with pretty much everything you said. Kronner is becoming a beast, He isnt the best, but he is surely improving every game, same with lebda. The team looks hungry every game. except for new years eves.. you cant ask for anything else.. other then umm more big hits.. and more donnybrooks.

I assume by thickheaded thugs you mean people who stick up for there teammates, when the going gets rough. Because everyone knows that sticking up for your teammates makes you a thickheaded thug.. Sheesh who would of that that right? In no shape or form, am i saying we should all of a sudden be a dirty team like Philly and just cheap shot people left and right, but game in game out, there are times when we need one of these thickheaded thugs to flex some muscle. and show other teams that a] chill with the physical play on our key players or else your face will be my personal pinyata or b] you mess with our players? then have fun picking up your star players teeth from the ice. With 5 minutes of ice time, id rather see a player who can single handedly change the game in our favor be on the ice, then a grinder like kopecky who could eventually develop into a solid nhler, but just hasn't elevated his play to another level yet. Just my opinion, your entitled to yours but i would surely like to see another physical player on our team. We are still a soft team, and come Playoff time, when we gotta face teams like Calgary and SJ, id rather have a player like Ivanans then i would Kopecky. Besides that.. i dont think Kopecky can grow a beard anyway. Edit.. Tied for 3rd.. for least amount of fights.. WEAK Edit Again Malone and Gratton would be ideal, but that comes with a cost.. You could add Asham to that list also.. Puts points in the scoring column, not a defensive liability. and drops the gloves.. BUT if i remember right, Gratton has a no trade clause in his contract.. Could be totally wrong but, idk.

I doubt it. I can see us dumping Sammy, for a 4th line grinder and a draft selection to a team from the east and,Lilja is staying, The Chemistry and the lack of depth on our D. We cant afford to dink around with the core of it.. Blockbuster trade? i sure hope not.

Aflac is on top of things lately.. im lovin it. Im confused on why Drake is on the 3rd line and not Franzen.. The Franzanator is more sound defensively. Drake has been under performing as of late.. Theres nothing wrong with ellis, but there isnt anything great about him either. But if you have the oppurtunity to replace him with someone more talented, Why not?

In a wierd kinda way, i wouldnt mind getting him on re-entry.. for a few reasons.. anything to get Hartigan,Ellis off the ice. is always a plus. Detroit could be the one stop that rejuvinates his career.
