Great, Hudler gets snubbed over Franzen.. And people bash Hudler for not getting goals.. wonder why? he is on a line with drake and downey ffs. i was thinking about swapping Cleary and Sammy. Because the sucess of the 2nd line the consistant pressure they get with Cleary in, instead of Sammy in on the RW. But, that ruins the nucleous of the 3rd line *ie, Defence First*. Franz on the 4th line? sounds good.. but why Kopy over Drake?

Ben, Thats true, but just like in any man. If someone cross's the line, You suck up any reprecausion and you do what needs to be done as a man who is protecting your own. and in this case, A part of your family, a fellow comrade just got rammed by Hartnell, If you truely believe that it was a unessesary you need to suck it up and do what needs to be done.

You can put anyone on a line with Hank or Dats Hossa and id be great.. Franzen needs to establish himself as a legit scoring threat to even be thought of us a top 6 forward.. put him on the 4th line where he belongs and have him fight it out with Drake,Downey,Ellis,Kopecky to get into the line up.

Why does Rex get put into the inadequate scoring convo.. when Flipper is the only one who has been in the top 2 lines the whole year.. Sammy has missed a game, and plays defence on the PP.. and Hudler has been on the 4th line for a good chunk of the season.. Even though you did say "for example" i kinda think that Hudler gets the brunt of the abuse instead of Filpulla just because people like Flipper more for 1 reason or another.. ----

After watching the hit on NHL on the fly. on NHL Network.. the hit wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. sure it maybe hurt the guy, but not as vicous as its made out to be. the Lemuix Draper hit was bad.. that wasnt.. nor was the bergeron hit.. obviously boston dosnt care to much about the hits or didnt think much of it, because noone stood up for there players.. so mer idc.

as much as i love physical hardhitting hockey.. you gotta draw the line somwhere.. ill watch some NHL Network tonight and see what heppnd.

Im a shoe guy, so i compare em to what i know alot about. which is shoes.

At the beggining of the season i was all for splitting up ZDH, after watching how they play split up.. i relized that was dumb. Something Needs to be done with the Lines though.. Zorro - Hudini - Homer Rex - Flipper - Cleary Franzen - Draper - Samuelson Drake - Maltby - Downey -- 1st Line = Greatness 2nd Line = pp2 like works great, keep it together. 3rd Line = Franen is at best a 3rd liner, Drapers home, Sammy Can be as shot happy as he wants to be on this line. 4th Line - No Offence, Pure Grinding.

Hypothetically, If you can be holland for the rest of the year, what changes would you make. with the line up, potential trades and so on.. Try and make the trades realistic as possible. and remember to post your lines after the trades. Sucks.. All it shows is Top 10 Hatricks of the 90's. and Finals games from the 80's and 90's.. nothing very interesting only thing i watch is NHL On The Fly, which is good for catching up on the other games around the leugue that day..Not bad but could use alot of tweaking. NFL Network, was weak when it first came out, now its doing great.. so idk.

Its weird how i rank Kopecky up there with my fave players on the wings.--RexDrakeDowneyKopecky-- And you would dump him so quick.. Wonder what we see in him that makes us shape our oppinions.. The Kopecky as of late is the only Kopecky i known, During the later part of the regular season last year, they put him in and i remember seeing #28 flying around just smashing people into the glass. This year i didnt see that out of him till after he got scratched now he has been playing like that lil more..After reading up about him it seems like he has some Offensive upside that has yet to be seen also.? what makes you dislike him?

its like comparing what type of shoes are better Nike's or Fila's. Nike is Yzerman Fila is Sakic both are great shoes, but Nike is forever the best. both are great hockey captains. but Stevie > Sakic 4 lyfe

i just re-watched the draper lemuix thing on youtube yesterday, cuz nhlnetwork got me riled up showing like 3minutes of how the avs wings rivalry came to be. after watching it i relized how bad hasek sucks.. Vernon / Roy - Good Fight Ozzie / Roy - Good Fight Hasek / Roy - WDF WAS THAT???? more reasons to hate hasek.. ruining the goalie fight.

Draper has great face off ability,skating ability. good two way player. and is just a good center in general. but he plays with Maltby and cleary, He isn t meant to be a point getting, but i think if you put him on a line with Sammy and Flipper, or Sammy and Hudler you would find a whole new Draper. As much as i want a trade for a top6 forward, i dont want it at the same time, i am a huge rex fan. and if we got a top6, either flipper or/and hudler would be the odd man out. and there potenial outcome is to great to risk. Only players i'am willing to trade for a top 6 are Franzen,Sammuelson,Kopecky,Ellis.. and 2 of them dont have much value at all. So If we cant deal Franz,Sammy then id just assume stay put and tough it out. try and push Flipper and Hudler to the next level.

Flipper is a Play Maker, he will dish you out the passes needed to get others to score.. but Not having a sniper on the 3rd line realy sucks for flipper. he is working with a shot happy sammy and a still proving himself sniper in hudler.

I hate franzen so trading him for Boogarrd, is a win win for me. Boog isnt just an enforcer he is a PEACE MAKER. no one will mess with any of your Play Makers, unless they want there face to end up like Federuk's.. as much as Downey and Drake are enforcers they dont have that type of threat to them.

Waive 1 of the 2 people on the team that will fight/scrab/body thump for his team. He add's the same thing that Downey brings to the table except Downey walks the walk and talks the talk..Drake just walks the walk.

He wants scoring balance yet every game he sticks in Flip Sammy Franzen Hudler.. Switch it up with players who dont get those kinda minutes, anyone from the 3-4 line.. sure its far fetched to work, but your never going to know until you try. Draper,Cleary,Maltby are viable options to throw up with Flipper and Sammy. Kopecky Drake Hudler are options also Kopecky was a goal scorer in WHL and AHL. Maybe his game can translate if you put him on a line that is offensive based instead of a line that gets 5 minutes and has a slim opp to get anything going. Drake Never was a goal scorer or a play maker, but year after year he has put up points, and has always been a leader. Instead of having Flipper and Hudler trying to make a name for themselves with a shot happy sammy, Put drake*ordraper* up there so they have a vet they can lean on. i know im going to get that retard response for believing in Kopecky and Drake to be productive, but i can honestly see Kopecky being a top 6 forward for us.
