i hate these line-ups. seriously. Drake.Kopecky. are all better then Ellis and Downey. Kopecky is healthy, Drake is fine for the most part.. Putting Hudler on the ice with the 4th line so Jordin can crack his nec. FranZ/Flip/Sammi.. oh boi hows franz going to help the 2nd line? Sammi is going to take a weak shot once he touches the puck anyway.. gha. horrible week for me.. /rant/

as much as i dislike sammy, he is still way more valuable then half on the roster. -- I just dont see why everyone is riding Ellis's cock lately. He has 2 goals that where 100% luck. no work involved at all. he isnt gritty, he dosnt agravate people. he is a s***ty skater.. all i can give him credit for his the respect that he has for the organization. But yet there is so much HATE for Kopecky, when he has a +5, only has 1 penatly this year and 2 assist's. AND From time to time, he really puts his body into people. not to mention he has a solid shot. and solid skating abilities.. If i had my choice for lines id be like this. Flipper- Datz - Homer Sammy - Zette - Franzen Cleary - Draper - Maltby Hudler - Drake - Kopecky (Downey) 1-2 Lines are a waterd down version of Z-D-H...3 Is a solid Defensive line who can add some points from time to time.. and Line 4 is a wildcard. They both have skills to contribute offensivly and 2 of the 3 have the body to really stir things up.. then have Downey come in for Hudler against teams like Sharks/Ducks/Flames. Just my thoughts on the whole situation.

Ellis? Yuck. I dont mind Hudler being dropped off the 2nd line. he has been solid but not enough to be rewarded the 2nd line Heck put him on the 4th line with Kopecky and Drake, Anybody but ellis.

It'll help. as much as the nice winning shtint was, the team is probaly welcoming the rest and recovery time. Ontop of 5 days to gameplan for the pred's?? we should easily be able to keep the streak go on.

Homer isnt very skilled he is blessed to be on a linewith Z and Datz thatas why he has the points if he was on the 2nd line, he'd be in the same boat as everyone else.. Flip is more skilled then huds, because Flipper can, shoot,pass,skate good.. i cant say that for rex. i maybe a lil to critical on homer, but he isnt offensivly blessed like the others, and the only grit he adds is a scrunchy face after he gets shoved in the back..
