Good trade by LA tbh.. They get a 3rd rounder.. Probaly will end up calling a rookie to gain nhl exp. and Modry is a UFA, The kings probaly know Modry has a good shot of returning, or they must of not really wanted him..

I think you hit the nail on the head..They are signing him for 1 reason, So he is available for a call up in the playoffs if he is needed. -Offtopic- Has this been planned for awhile though? Because GR Griffins are selling Mac Packs.. where you get 6griffin tickets and 2wing tickets for last game of season against hawks.. Has this been planned for awhile? because why would they call it the Mac Pack if they didnt already know Dmac would be a wing by last game of season?

haha i saw all the goals and dmacs fight@@@ i was so excited.. I cant really tell what happend in the ericcson fight, other then it looked like his opponent turtled up? i could be wrong. But dmac held his own, But his opponent wasnt really wanting to fight, dmac forced him pretty much.. got some nice shots in..

i got tickets for lasat saturdays game "dmacs 2nd homegame" 1 day before the game,and it was row 3. in the corner.. so i'd assume that id be open, But id suggest just buying them in advance from the griffins site.. to makesure you get the tickets you want.

I disagree. Kronner is a high grade Dman, Hudler has alot of potential to him and in the right system could flurish. 1st rounder's are hella valuable.. and tbh i think WE are getting screwed in this deal. If we are giving up that much, We need to get a youthful player we can lock up long term *hossa*

If we can get Hossa longterm, and it involves Filpulla. So be it. There is no reason not to, Hossa is a super star, Flipper is a streaky young player who will never reach the status of Hossa ever. The only reason you wouldnt do the trade is because of centimental value. And tbh, im not going to give up the cup because of centiments.
