Same thing happened with DirectTv last year over Vs. I'm not angry with DISH. I'm pissed with FoxSports for holding the channels hostage while they demand upwards of a 50% price increase. I'm sorry, but that's basically blackmail. The MSG network is demanding that DISH carry a regional music video channel as part of their nationwide programming. No thank you. MTV sucks bad enough.

I'm glad I was watching the Rangers feed as they did a great interview with Chelios!

This is a wonderful gift from the Probert family. God bless them! My dad had to have a vein graft last October, and we know that a donor vein was used. People, please consider organ, tissue, and bone marrow donation. Lord Stanley, your story is a prime example of the gift that your father passed on to others. I'm so sorry for your loss, but I'm proud of you and your family for letting your father help others, even in his passing.

I confess, I have a Pens jersey with "Jagr" on the back. He was the gateway to me loving the sport of hockey. I don't hate the Pens, I dislike the players. But moreso, I hate the un-necessary fawning the media gives to the team. If the media in general would just back off, I don't think the team would be as hated. That said, I think Crosby's a total whiney douchebag. Ducks don't bother me at all. I've seen them play several times in Nashville and I don't have any hate for them. Especially now that Pronger's gone.

I think it's a good move for both sides. I know he probably doesn't want to uproot his family any more than necessary, so here's to hoping he makes the team and doesn't have to resort to playing overseas.

I know the Preds fans (well, the majority of them) will be thrilled with this! I certainly am! Alot of folks, me included, thought that Sully would possibly be named captain. Legwand's name was thrown around a little, only because he's the only career Pred left. Shea is a great player, and he's good for the city of Nashville. Just an all-around good guy.

Very true. I've seen our own Captain Nick blow off fans. And I'm not saying that's a bad thing. There's just times when you don't want to be bothered. And I honestly don't blame any player for that. I've got to head back to work in a few minutes and I have NO internet access!!!!!
