Yeah, Eriksson will score most of the time on the breakaway.. which is why there is no way in hell he should have a chance at a breakaway when they are shorthanded haha.

Hmm.. I'm confused.. Is this game a fluke playing terrible defense or were the last couple games a fluke playing good defense?

The one thing I don't get in games like this is all the pretty plays and cute s*** by the Wings.. I mean they are one of the few teams that has the skills to make those plays and finish them off.. but save it for a game you are dominating.. look at how both of Cleary's goals were scored.. drive the net. Seems like it should be simple logic to me.

For some reason I am sensing a high scoring game.. Hopefully Franzen has a flash back and thinks this is a playoff elimination game.

Well.. let's just hope that the Wings aren't as hung over as I am today. Seems like Mule is long overdue to score a goal or two.. or five.

2 Games? Seems like an awful lot of effort and preperation for 2 games. Not really surprising though, Forsberg was great back in the day but foot injury or not it has gotta be tough trying to come back and keep up with NHL level hockey after that much time off. On the other hand I signed him as a 4th liner on NHL 11 to fill some injury holes and he has been tearing it up for me in the playoffs. So I have to assume Colorado management used the same method to determine if they should sign him or not.

Im not sure how reducing the roster size to 17 is supposed to help. Seems to me they reduced the Islanders roster size to about 7 by the end of that game and there was still fighting.

Having Mike Milbury and Pierre McGuire on my TV at the same time is almost too much bulls*** for my TV to handle.

I could see this trade making more sense back when certain goalies dominated the league every year, but Its not really a goalies game anymore. Doesn't really seem to benefit either team greatly either. Buffalo would be left with practically no goaltending for a gain of 60 points?

I better not see Kindl back on the ice tonight.

I don't even really care about losing.. every team loses games. But god damn at least grow some balls and go down like a real team.. All Im asking is for just a bit of effort here.

So far the only part I have enjoyed tonight was the clip from last game with Datsyuk bobbing his head to the music.. On a side note up until last game I had almost been impressed with Kindl.. and within a game and a period he has thrown all of that away and I have decided he should sit out immediately.. call up Janik or Meech (Cant believe Im saying that) for a game or two.
