This should probably be in rumours so move it if you feel like it.. but I just read on Eklunds twitter (I know.. haha) that a new door has opened that could see Mats become a Wing but the Leafs are still in on him.. Im not sure how we would ever fit him under the cap without a huge paycut.. But I wouldnt mind seeing it as long as he would settle for 2nd/3rd Line Minutes.. And there are probably other threads about Sundin but this is the first time I have seen an actual rumour about it being possible..

This is just downright depressing to watch.. Game 7.. at home.. all or nothing.. and we are getting owned by f***in Max Talbot?.... I know its game 7 and anything can happen.. There were no guarentees the Wings would win but I expected a battle win or loss.. instead Talbot puts it onto us and the f***in big oafe Hal Gill is a walking f***in penalty yet continues to get away with almost everything.. At this rate the only plus to this game will be seeing Crosby have to wheel the damn cup around.. Unless by some chance we carry over this end of period pressure for the whole period.. theres still a chance. I refuse to admit defeat till its over... GO WINGS GO!!

Just when i thought the start was going okay.. survived an expected Pittsburgh onslaught then started coming back with some momentum.. but.. not a great penalty to take.. hopefully we can kill this one off for a change..

I think its long overdue that the Wings play hard for 60 Minutes and put the Pens back in their place.. Hopefully Datsyuk comes back at as close to 100% as humanly possible and can be the spark we need.. my prediction: Red Wings 5 - Kronwall, Zetterberg, Hossa x2 and Hudler Pens 2 - Staal, Gonchar GO WINGS GO!!!

I think it is 100% accurate to say the Pens are in trouble.. even if the series does go 7 games.. at this very moment it is completely accurate to say the the Pens are currently in trouble.
