He's gonna get a "facial" from Cheecho before the game. The wings have to play their asses off if they wanna win this one tonight. They have to play 60 minutes of hockey and not back down. The sharks have their back against the wall, and they know they have to play hard. I can't wait till the game, I think its gonna be a close one. GO WINGS GO!! I wouldn't worry too much about Hasek. He has been great in these playoffs, keeping us in the game when we should be down. He let a fluke goal in for game 5, but after that was as solid as a rock. This guy has been in the league a long time, he knows what he's doing.

I am totally for tossing a "puss" on the ice, but there is a law against it. I think it is stupid, but here it is... Security guards at Joe Louis Arena will confiscate any item they feel might be thrown onto the ice. Furthermore, any person seen throwing an octopus onto the ice at a Red Wings game will be taken to jail. Man guys lighten up, its tradition...

Of course i stayed up, this is the playoffs. Besides I would be up anyways, i'm a night owl! I actually enjoy later games. I can never fall asleep after any game win or lose. They gets me all hyped up.

Oh come on one of his penalties he actually deserved. Look at what could have been called against the Sharks though. They have homer refs thats for sure! I think Bertuzzi has been doing just fine, he is not 100% and that is one of the reasons he hasn't been great. I think he has done pretty well with all things considered though. Quit bashing poor Bert, it is not his fault the wings only showed up for half the game. It is a TEAM effort, not a Bertuzzi, Samuelson, or Lang effort. EVERYONE needs to step up if we want to advance in this series.

I actually want to ask a question, I know this happened a while ago, but why does it not show your number of posts anymore?

I know if it were not for Samuelson, Pavel wouldn't have scored that goal, but I still don't like the guy. He is mediocre at very most. Lilja I don't mind him at all he plays a physical game and I like that! Hasek was great this game, but he can't continue to make dumb mistakes like he did for SJ's second goal, but he made up for it in the end. I know Maltby doesn't score many goals, but he is very important to the team, he is great at blocking shots and playing on the pk. Somebody also mentioned Quincy, I agree with you he has been very good for the wings, and hasn't made too many mistakes.

It was a clean hit, Franzen thought that Cheecho was going to get the puck so he hit him, unfortunetely he never touched it and he got the interference penalty. Great hit though!

Yeah, I can't believe how Cleary has stepped up for the playoffs, he has been the best player on the ice so far for both series. Love this guy!

That was such a great game! I thought I was going to have a heart attack! So happy the wings won this one, i think this win was a must. Hopfeully we can go to San Joe and shut the crowd up early. Dom was phenominal in the second and third periods. Way to go!! GO WINGS GO!!!
