This is a win-win. Detroit frees up cap space and LA gets a player who will be a good 5 or 6 defenseman. Lets face it people, if he was that great, the wings would've dealt or put someone else on waivers. The wings have far better prospects worth protecting. Also, those who think Quincey is more valuable to this team at this point than Chelios need their heads checked. Yes, chelios is past his prime but can still contribute and he leadership is priceless on and off the ice. Good luck Kyle!

I was waiting for this report. I kept telling everyone I knew that I was almost positive it wasn't a concussion because the report was that he was only suffering headaches and that he didn't have any other symptoms like dizziness, nausea, etc. Good to hear everything is alright. I figured it was if they let him come back.
