Good to see I'm not alone haha. No it isn't! I would like to apologize for those horrendously long paragraphs of complaints. I am trying to be more diplomatic with keeping things to myself instead of picking fights with people, so I kept it from them and got it out of my system on here. I promise it won't ever be that bad again.

I hate being the person who does nice things for everybody expecting that they would do the same for me, and then they don't.

That's what I thought, until we atarted getting an annual Traverse City gift basket from my aunt filled with horrible concoctions like cherry salsa... On the flip side, normal cherry foods are the bomb. Cherry chunk ice cream ftw!! Also, I found out today that it is difficult, though not impossible, to braid a playoff bracelet without tape or scissors.

So it is! Well the story continues... They bought more groceries, and this time I gave a twenty to the guy who said he paid, but then one of the girls said that they split the bill and they couldn't decide who should get my twenty and they tried to give it back to me, but I refused it And then I asked whose case of drinks was on the counter and if I could have one, and someone told me they weren't sure if I could because they didn't buy it. I was asked why I didn't go to the store and buy my own groceries... So what the hell did my twenty go to? :nonono:

*lassos Lizz into the loop* [long, dull story] So I am staying at a house owned by four of my friends. I brought $20+ worth of paper items, like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc., and a few food items like cereal and mac n' cheese. Also, I spent a good chunk of time Friday and Saturday helping them clean and move stuff in and I offer to help all the time. Then they went and bought food for their house. So today I asked what was for dinner, and my friend starts talking about how expensive it is to feed everyone (some people ate over yesterday so this might not have been directed at me) and I made a joke about trying not to eat them out of their house (I like to eat) and she made a point of emphasizing that it is THEIR food not just hers, and I was like.... I said that. So now, as a guest, I feel kind of awkward. I have made it a point to mostly eat the food I brought, and I feel that my contributions should balance out anything I eat of theirs. I HATE money type sitations where people start nitpicking about what belongs to whom without actually drawing the line, and it would be more awkward if I ask for clarification. So I am thinking I will either have to go to the store and buy food for myself or go anorexic rather than step on anyone's toes. [/excessive rambling] Kudos to anyone who read that whole mess lol.
