Thank god for CENTER ICE!!!!!! Bad freaking planning by the NHL and VERSUS to even THINK about running these games so dang close together!!!

F YEAH!!! Freaking Rags/Devils game is just starting the third period (well 6 minutes ago). I'd been flipping back and forth between versus and center ice. No one will die tonight Versus/NHL and Center Ice -thank your lucky stars!!!!

My boyfriend EastLansingNative (to all of you) is a Huge Sparty fan. He's got serious Man love for Abel cake eater. I just say it because his name trips me up and yes I heart the Wolverines

it's not that I don't believe you. It just hasn't happened so far. I don't know why they would do it under this instance and not all the rest....make sense?

Also if anyone else has been following all the games - the joined in progress games have NOT been on center ice too in order to cover the overlapping time. Versus didn't plan to give enough time for regulation games. I'm not angry with any of you. I know it seems that I'm completely ticked - which I am. I'm angry about versus and the way the playoffs have played out so far. They cannot meet the demand of all these games. Every game has overlapped so far and center ice has NOT covered ANY of the games for the difference. It's just so frustrating. When I called versus the guy told me no one was complaining about the overlapping of games so far. I told him to wait until wednesday the 16th when the Detroit Red Wings are playing and you're overlapping on their feed - I guarantee you'll hear about it then.

I guess my point about the center ice feed is - it shows it covering it from 7-9pm under the actual time slot. NOT starting at 6pm. It just makes NO sense..

Then why does center ice say the start time is 7pm PST? If you look in the guide for the day it shows you that it's a 6pm PST start however, when you scroll out to the actual time - the game is listed at 7pm. They did this last night for one of the other games but it was blacked out...

It's blacked out because Versus OWNS the game rights..which means they carry it and no one else does.

I'm not sure if you live in Nashville or not however, the rights to this airing of the wings/nashville game rights are owned by Versus.... it won't be aired on Center Ice even if it's listed. I just wish they'd go back to the old format - Center Ice - all regular season games and the first two rounds of the playoffs, then we wouldn't be sacrificing the timing of any of the games. This ticks me off to no end especially paying for BOTH Center Ice AND Versus.

Mine doesn't carry it and when I called time warner cable the other night the guy asked if "Versus" was a movie..... My area TWC doesn't carry versus HD. I have NO idea why.

If you're out of the Michigan network.. call versus. there's a contact us telephone number and COMPLAIN. I actually spoke to a live person the other night. They said it'd be better if versus had two stations (ie espn/espn2). The only way this will get reconciled is if enough of us call and complain. this carry over is RIDICULOUS. We suffer enough as hockey fans. no they weren't booing at the end of the game. I'm deaf and so is my boyfriend. They booed they always boo. I go to several games a season because I have friends with season tickets. With that being said - I hope they are done in dallas in 4 and i don't want PRONGER taking anyone out. He's a cheapshot artist and I'm tired of his ANTICS. Next you'll be telling me that the fans don't clap and cheer for regular icing... lol

Yup they did. EastLansingNative and I scored free tickets 2 hours before the game last night. We both went wearing wings hats/ me with a wings hoodie and him in his east lansing - coral gables green shirt. It was GREAT to watch them lose. They may have the capability to win...but they aren't using it. They can't really put much together and they look SLOPPY. They are getting penalties left and right and if you think they are going to step it up and win in Dallas -you're mistaken. Classless fans screaming "REFS YOU SUCK" and Booing their Stanley Cup Champ team makes me really angry. Here's to the ducks going out! GO DALLAS!!!!

Like I said earlier in my post - at least make the airing of the game complete without there being constant glitches....Friday's games were horrific to watch on Versus....thank god NBC's wasnt bad today...

My god DOM is making me SOO angry. Come on BOYS get it DONE. No Letting up! I am glad Babzy decided to take that time out - I was screaming for it.

NBC HD (time warner) good feed however it's "paused" a tiny bit during the game.
