When was the last time we saw this team run on all cylinders? And by that... I guess I mean each line displays the ability to both sustain pressure in the other team's zone and yet it quick to recover defensively? Would that be a good qualitative description? We, here on LGW, are too, Fil. Phew... We are too.

Here's an interesting question that might lead to some good discussion. And we need all of it we can get with this all-star break. Could Emmerton take one of the four center spots next year? Is he that good? If so, is he good enough to take Modano's spot as the third line center seeing as how he is supposed to have more skill than Helm and Abby?

And/or skill versus size and toughness.

I feel like he should spend as much time in Finland as he needs. He's got three main aspects of the game to work on, imo. -Gaining muscle to be stronger on the puck -Skating: Balance, speed, leg strength, proper form -Defensive Awareness I don't know if one year of integrating all that stuff into his overall game is good enough to put him in shape for the AHL. So, I mean, I'd be all for him spending another two years in Finland.
