Everyone wondered how Jimmy Howard would handle his nerves in a playoff game. We all forgot that this is probably the first playoffs for Helm and Eaves where they are the #1 PK forwards. I wouldn't be surprised if they needed a game to shake off some nerves. Hopefully they can fight through it better tomorrow.

I seriously think the refs speak their own language. "It was someone else's stick." "Intent to blow the whistle." "We didn't notice the too many men penalty even though we had 30+ seconds." I need to study up on this language. Might be useful.

With YouTube around these days it's easy to see a mistake by refs. I gotta think that it's only a matter of time until too many people lose faith in professional sports if we kept seeing the ignorance and incompetence.
