Does it ever annoy anyone else when it seems like the national broadcasters get more excited when an opponent of the Wings scores? Ah well. Screw them. The Wings have their two points.

Now I'm not sure I should be the one dishing out those kind of labels but I just don't know if any other user has been as willing as ZDC to voice unpopular opinions and trying to get the last word in any argument when it comes to Fil. He's like Filppula's agent on LGW or something.

I hope so. Overall though, watching him this year has been very different both on the ice and during press conferences. He really looks like he's laboring both physically, mentally and emotionally and has just flat out looked worn out at times.

Finally broke his goalless streak. He was +1 with one giveaway and one goal in 18:31 TOI. It might be a good idea for Babs to rotate Bert and Cleary on the 2nd line. Maybe Miller can be in that rotation as well. If one starts to get too comfortable and their play falls off, switch them up.

Post 1257 implies that Bobby Loo is worse than Dan Cloutier. And I thought LGW was bad when it came to appreciating their players.

True and they can enjoy it tonight but I feel like we've seen this before. Remember how awesome Filppula was in last year's playoffs in Game 4 against ANA and CHI? I don't mean to start a s***storm in this thread, I'm just saying they can enjoy it tonight and let's see what happens on Monday.

Not sure if you're being serious but the reason it hasn't worked this year is mainly because of Zetterberg. He's having a bad season for his standards.
