In Filppula's case, I can at least take solace in the likelihood that this will not be his last Olympic tournament. -

They've finally put out Foppa-Z-Mule. But probably only because Hornqvist is injured. I don't think I've seen him out there. -

So far the Swedes have wasted a glorious opportunity to step on Finland's neck. -

That's way too much. Wayyyy too much. It was a good win but I'm sure the US will enjoy it tonight and then forget about it as soon as possible to maintain their focus. I've never liked trash talking like that mainly because it only gives the opponent more motivation to win. -

My sincerest hope is that the Tre Kroner has assigned a role to Zetterberg where he's supposed to focus strictly defense first. He's doing well in that area. It's on offense where he hasn't been all that great. In my view, there's been something off about him offensively going back to the beginning of the 08-09 season. -

The Finns need to play some of their other guys to get an energy boost. You know of a guy on their team that can do that? -

My goodness. What a set of kills for the Swedes. Of course they had to start with Zetterberg. -

Dude, forget about Canada. You need to consult a Wiccan to help you get rid of the bad juju you placed on yourself by singing that song. -

It's a Canucks board and some of them are disowning Ryan Kesler. Jeez. -

I thought I was the only one who thought this. He has his goals but I feel like they're misleading as to how he has really played these past few games. Also it seems like Datsyuk isn't actively looking for his own offense. Not that I'm complaining, it's just interesting to watch him focus so intently on the defensive end. -
Sometimes I'm not exactly sure if Backstrom is even a dude.

With the way Radulov played in the last game I think he could definitely create some room for Pav and Ovie. Ovechkin-Datsyuk-Radulov Kovalchuk-Malkin-Afinogenov Kozlov-Fedorov-Semin Zaripov-Zinoviev-Morozov

Where do you guys get these stats?

I don't know how Babcock would work with Jagr. Doesn't seem like it'd be good.
