Based on Babcock's past behavior, I'd guess something like: Franzen-Zetterberg-Holmstrom Hudler-Filppula-Bertuzzi Miller-Abdelkader-Eaves Draper-Helm-Mursak Even though I'd really prefer he do something like: Franzen-Zetterberg-Holmstrom Bertuzzi-Filppula-Eaves Hudler-Abdelkader-Miller Draper-Helm-Mursak

This is sort of what I was getting at earlier. Pav and Z have mostly been with Ericsson and Rafalski it seems. The Filppula line is streaky seems to be streaky as hell.

Like I said in the other Perfect Human thread I think he really started to rack up the minuses once the Franzen-Filppula-Bertuzzi line seemed to slump defensively.

The Perfect Human is now a -1 on the season. I'm scared. It was definitely time for a change in the 5 man units. I feel like Lidstrom and Stuart started racking up minuses out there once the Franzen-Filppula-Bertuzzi line started to slump. I'm not saying that Nick and Stewie aren't at fault at all. I just think that whole five man unit started to lose trust in each other. Now of course with Pav and Z split, the lines are much different but I hope for Nick's sake that he finds himself in a situation with better chemistry with the forwards.

Well, I think his trade value was pretty high after last year's playoffs. He did well. I mean, probably not as high as after 2009 but to me that's only because the Wings played more playoff games that year.

Who is out there that is a better version of Filppula but isn't a star on the team/its franchise player?
