More like Hossa scoring the empty net goal to seal the deal. That is, if he can beat Zetterberg to it. I swear, with the injuries to Nick and Pav it's incredibly amazing that they're one game away from a cup.

I just wish we didn't pay so much attention to the stupidity of another team's fans. They have dumb fans, we get it. Every team has dumb fans. Being a dumb fan is punishment enough for them. No good can come from pointing the finger and laughing. Because at that point, we've only taken one step towards becoming as dumb as they are.

Whenever I see Hossa hit a post or fumble a scoring chance I get the same feeling I did when watched Shanny in 98. After the St. Louis series he got snake bitten pretty badly.

With the way that some of the fans on this board have been running away with that term "classy," I wonder if they really know what it means. In a matter of days it's become a cliche. What the Pens did last night was stupid but is it really all that classy to point and laugh at someone who doesn't act as such?

It's because he wants Filppula at center. Having Fil with his passing talent and defensive aptitude as a team's third line center is a ridiculous luxury. It increases the Wings' depth down the middle and forces teams to spread out more. The Pens know all about this with Jordan Staal as their 3rd line center.

Considering that they are the first team to get past the first round in some years it's amazing enough that they're back in the finals with a good chance to win another cup.

I think it's a good idea to want Z, Pav, Fil and Helm down the middle with their defensive smarts. But that's only if Pav is up for it. Mule-Z-Bear Homer-Pav-Hoss Huds-Fil-Sammy Drapes-Helm-Malts Actually, it might not be a bad idea to put Hossa on the third line like in Game 7 against Anaheim. That will really spread out the Pens defense. Mule-Z-?? ??-Pav-?? ??-Fil-Hoss Drapes-Helm-Malts

Yeah this posting of dumb comments from other fans is starting to concern me a little bit. I just don't see why we need to put down Pens fans after a win and with multiple threads.

Now that Pav is back I'm a lot less worried about last change. And I really liked Franzen versus Malkin. Mule has the size and skating ability to keep up with him.

Definitely Ozzie as my choice. More consistent and clutch than Z in these playoffs.
