The organization has very, very high standards. Every single individual does what they have to do to win in June. I guarantee you that going balls to the wall for each and every one of the 90-100 games at the NHL level is not what they think is best. More players would be injured and those that remained would be even more worn out than they are now. It's a slow and gradual process that requires a lot of patience. I'm sure that can come off as coasting from a fan's perspective but I have no doubt that this organization and its 18-year playoff streak does the right thing when it comes to winning.

If they're worried about size, then they should really send Franzen after Geno. Z and Sid know each other pretty well now. At this point, it's about determination.
