I suppose that in a way we can be ever so slightly okay with where the PP is right now. If they're finding ways to get goals 5 on 5 then maybe they won't rely too much on the PP like they have at times in the past.

What's unfortunate about a presence like Eva's is that nothing can really stop it. People are always going to reply and further reinforce his agenda.

Quite a broken record isn't it? Bla bla bla Hudler should be the second line center bla bla bla. Bla bla bla Hudler is the reason why any PP goal happens when he's on the ice bla bla bla. It's not all bad I guess. Stupid users do lead to more hits and traffic on LGW, which hopefully means more ad revenue for Matt to keep the site going.

So do I. Maybe it's simply because teams defend him that much harder. Maybe it's because his desire isn't as insane as it was. Maybe he just wants to be a playmaker. I'm not sure. Right now, I'm not as overly excited with Z as I was but that's okay for now. If the Wings win and I have to adjust to watching a slightly different kind of Zetterberg then I'm sure his biggest fans including myself will adjust over time.

Babs really shouldn't have made that 70 points comment. Then again, I guess we should expect that kind of outlandish media statement by him. Many people including myself set the bar seemingly low. We estimated that he would be around 50-55 and got a bunch of s*** because we "didn't give Hudler enough credit". At the same time, we desperately wanted him to prove us wrong in a great way for the Wings. Unfortunately, well, we all know how he's played so far.

Why do you have to compare Ericsson's play to Lidstrom's? Ericsson is not the one who leads the Wings dmen in ice time and plays against the opponent's top scorers.
