Good thing about Babcock is that he won't take the Blues for granted the way many of us do here on LGW. He'll look at their record and say, "Well they got more points than we do and in less games. They're doing something better than we are. We gotta prepare." Or at least we hope.

Something that was good for me to see in this game was that Henrik Sedin is now captain of the Nucks. I'm sure I heard about that before but I didn't really notice until this game. Great choice! I definitely would have chosen him over Kesler for sure. Especially since he apparently isn't all that great of a locker room presence.

Well yeah some people just don't like other people and it's hard to explain why. It's true that he didn't have the greatest shot and he did more than his share of logo hunting. He also had a moment per game where he thought he was Datsyuk and tried to enter the zone by himself. More often than not he struggled badly but at least it didn't result in too many turnovers. Yet despite all that he is still a pretty solid top six player in my eyes though and a pure luxury to have on the third line these days. He doesn't hit all that much but he knows how to use his size enough to get in the way. He was fairly good at everything. Not great, but good.

I liked Sammy when he was on our team. He's a really good guy to have on the third line.

I wonder if Kesler is still the biggest ****** in the Canucks locker room.
