Would they have beat them if Rynnas made a couple more saves? It's a definite possibility, let's be real here. Would they have beat them easily? Probably not. Just like the Wings wouldn't have beat the Leafs as easily if Rynnas made a couple more saves. -

So I'm guessing Ericsson will play in the next Toronto game? Right? I feel like we should establish some fair expectations now. We've seen Kindl play and we're antsy to say "Kindl should have Ericsson's spot." What can we expect from Jonny that's fair?

In regards to Ritola, Ken and Mick mentioned how Yzerman still knows what Ritola can do as a player. And Pat Verbeek, now a scout for the Lightning, attended the game. If the Wings have to trade him or someone else, hopefully the order of the waiver draft can work in their favor.
