First two periods he was pretty good. The third period (and not just the goal against) is what a lot of Griffins fans saw last year. It's frustrating to watch but he'll learn. -

The ZDH power play looked pretty but not much substance. Pretty much the only drawback to their play. But not much of a problem overall if it produces points. -

Nick Lidstrom probably won't ever be as loved as Stevie. But I hope we appreciate him at a level that's close when it's all said and done. -
If that happens, all while everyone else maintains their average to above average point production, then I think you should get a prize from those who are relatively anti-Flip.

The impression I get is that he's really good on the power play where he has the time and space to use his shot. But 5 on 5 he's still too much of a perimeter player. No?
