A little clip of Owens. He looks like a Helm-ish player. Fast skater and being as physical as his size allows. He's also still standing at the end of this AHL melee too, which is nice.

I guess they were going to let Newbury go in the summer anyway, whereas this Owens dude has another year on his contract and would be a RFA even then. He's supposed to be a hard worker and a good two-way player who lit up the OHL. It doesn't seem like a bad move to me.
