No offense, but I think that anybody that has a heartbeat and preferably can stand could do better than Lebda right now. I hate picking on one single defenseman, but god he just sucks.

OMG FSN was trying to make me have a heart attack with Kronner. They need to specify asap when it is just an equipment issue...don't let my imagination run wild on possible injuries.

I got excited because Ken Daniel's voice made it sound like we were in the process of getting a good chance--and then he said the word "Maltby" and I realized we weren't going to score a goal.

Haha, that was it!! I went there to visit a friend and he was going to sit in your student section and he was like I don't think you want to sit here (I think my maize and blue shirt was the issue)...so I ended up sitting on the other side of the arena, but some of the cheers that I could make out were really great. BTW, I think that fsn should forfeit doing period recaps when we played like s*** during it. None of us want to relive that.

It was funny the one game I went to at Lawson...you guys do some chant when the opposing team goes in the penalty box and somebody actually says that player's name. It was pretty cool.

Thank you! We tried benching Maltby to light a fire under his ass--and he still is useless out there. McCarty, I love the guy and his story, but this is ridiculous. If Helm/Leino were up here we'd be able to actually play our 4th line.

Michigan State did lose to some no name team from the east coast, so you never know. Do me a favor and tell your boys to come out of there with a win. We play OSU this weekend...our team is so hot and cold we could win or we could get killed.

Lucky...I use to be able to get away with that. Senior yr took all that joy away from me. You go to western, right robat? I went to a Michigan/Western hockey game there 2 yrs ago...it was amusing, to say the least.

I cannot believe we were actually winning this game at one point. If I wasn't such an optimistic Wings fan, I'd go to bed and take my six hours of sleep...but I guess I'll have to settle for 5.

I agree with you on this...but on the same note, a lot of our offense starts with the defense.

I honestly think I'd rather somehow listen to their announcers than listen to Larry Murphy. I can't exactly pinpoint why, but he drives me crazy.

A huge problem for us, disregarding all of our defensive issues, is that when we attack in the offensive zone there are like 2 or 3 wings and 5 sharks. We will be hard pressed to get any more goals without any numerical advantages.

I know that people were getting on Hossa for a lack of effort in the first couple games, but lately I have been extremely impressed with his work ethic on both ends of the ice.
