Since I've only been a hockey since 2004 my list will be limited, but... 1. 2008 Wings Cup 2. Stevie Y's retirment ceremony and jersey going into the rafters 3. Miracle on Ice (even though I wasn't born yet haha) 4. Red Wings comeback against San Jose in 2007 5. Matt Cooke's goal with 2 seconds left to tie game 7 in 2004.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only going through this haha. Anyone have any theories or ideas as to why this is happening?

I don't know about anyone else but when I shaved, I trimmed my beard first but probably should trimmed it more and so I started shaving and went through 2 razors and got a lot of clumps in in them. Its been about 3 days and it seems as though I don't have as much stubble as I use to? Was it possible that I plucked some hairs out while shaving or is it that I'm not use to having the beard anymore?

no prob, I know in times like these I try to latch on to anything that will make me feel better. Also the Stars did it the previous year in Buffalo in game 6 on the road.

Well if it helps anyone, The New Jersey Devils in 2000 won the Stanley Cup in Dallas in game 6. The Devils had lost game 5 in 3OT at home. Hopefully this can soothe some people.

I think it depends how mucht hey impact the organization. I think our staff From Nill, Devellano, Holland, etc. Deserves rings, I think our scouts do too. Without Andersson who knows if we would have gotten Z or Pavs or even Lidstrom. The wings brainstrust plays an integral role in our success.

I kind of agree. A loss always sucks but lets be honest, we had to lose a game eventually. It's the law of averages. I'm confident we will win finish this back up at home.

Brad Stuart's beard has some pretty good growth to it.

I live in Ducks territory so I am surronded by idiots but when I go to games when the wings come to town I usually take some verbal abuse but there is a line. If it continues throughout the night then i fire back or if they throw peanuts or anything on me then theres a problem. Ducks fans only talk s*** when they score or are ahead, they think they are so tough, then again everyone is Orange County thinks they are hard haha. Dont take too much s*** though, if it is in good fun cool, but if the opposng fan makes a verbal attack on you or say Lidstrom, then knock his ass out haha.

True, Raffi did make that nice pass to Dats and Drake had a good chance. That group has played well but it obviously hasn't been enough.

As Mickey Redmond would say....Ohhhhhh Boy. This is bad, we aren't playing Red Wings hockey. Dats seems to be the only one who has any passion, Ozzie played well since he came in. I think we need to scratch Hartigan and put Downey or Abdelkader in. Hopefully we come out in the 3rd and at least score or goal or play better, that way we can carry some momentum and something positive into the next game.

I don't want to sound too negative here but the way we've played and the way the series has been reminds me of the Edmonton series in 2006. Hopefully I'm wrong.
