if by some miracle the ducks would slide to 8th, playing them in the first round would be the best for us. Getting a crack at them with 7 games, hopefully with a healthy roster would be awesome.

Its just no fuseable. Detroit switching would be stupid, although it could make the east a decent conference. The Ilitchs claim the wings should move conferences because of their time zone and the fact games are on too late are causing an attendence drop. Seeing the wings in the Northeast division would be pretty awesome. I guess youd have to take Boston and stick them in the Atlantic, and move an atlantic team in the southwest, and take atlanta and put them in the central. All that would do would weaken an already boring to watch and s***ty in everyway(mins the wings) division. Its just stupid. The wings are a western conference team and thats how it will stay. Vancouver in the pacific would be retard as well. The matchups they have with the flames are oilers are what some canadians live for. I was in 415! Game was awesome. Loved getting rowdy and cursing infront of little girls with ducks jerseys. Can I just say how much I hate the ducks? And that pronger will die, soon.

I still think at the deadline the most important deal we need to make is adding a couple head hunters, along with downie, to add some more grit and physical play. Even if its only for the serious with the ducks. We wont last 7 games of getting tossed around.

Went to the game last night at the pond... err the honda center. Been a wing fan since I can remember (father from the big D), been a duck hater since they spawned in '93. Just gotta say last night was great. It was even greater getting to say a big "f**K you" to all those pathetic duck fans who have just recently jumped on their bandwagon. I guess myself, like many other NHL fans are still in shock that the ducks actually have won the stanley cup. But hey, anyone can win if you have a gap toothed cheap hitting pronger to lead your defense. But the game was good. We got to see amazing finesse plays and tape to tape passes by the wings, and morons in dark jerseys skating around trying to bully better players. Oh and watching Bertuzzi miss a pass that was coming right to him while hasek was on the other side of the net was just tooooo good. Can't wait to play the ducks in the playoffs.
