the New Era hats are expensive, but very nice so I think they're worth the money. I bought a Rockies NL Champions hat and it was about $27 but it's a very nice, good quality hat.

only 3 months until pre-season begins, yay! I'm already having hockey withdrawals.

I just bought my husband one of the red shirts like Lids and a couple of the other guys were wearing (with the cup and roster on the back, logo on the front) and one of those pint glasses. fansedge had $4.99 flat-rate shipping, so that was a pretty good deal.

Oh well, accidents happen.... the Cup will be fine I know he feels really bad and stupid so he'll protect it with his life now... LOL...

IMO the Edge jerseys are a lot nicer and worth the extra money. I have an avalanche authentic edge jersey and I love it. The reason I decided against the premier was that the foot on the sleeve seemed like a cheap iron-on instead of it being 100% fully-embroidered. The material is different first off, and that's one of the biggest differences. The Edge material is heavier and imo feels nicer and a little heavier than the Premier. Premier jerseys have a small tag on the front bottom part of the jersey, which I don't particularly like. The Premier jerseys do not have the fight strap. It just kind of depends on what you like and what your budget is on a jersey, as I am sure you are aware there's a pretty considerable price difference....

things change... sometimes not for the better. I love hockey and even though Bettman is one of the biggest idiots in the world, it won't change my love for the game. I'm not willing to give up on hockey.

ahem, I beg to differ I am a little biased though, but I've followed the avs since I went to a game their very first season and loved them ever since. I can't speak for all of them, but I don't think we're the worst. The only team I love to badmouth is Anaheim... but I feel like Colorado has pretty good fans overall.
