I agree. I think that call in Anaheim was "one to put in the books." Announcers and the like just brush it off. There was a bad call in a Phoenix-Dallas game that put Dallas on a 5 on 3 with 2 minutes left in a 1-1 tie and they got a goal. It's been happening in the playoffs more too. I think we're starting to see it become a strategy where players dive more. You can get as many people to send in complaints about it as you can. Bettman has a live talk hour where you can call in on thursdays from 4-5PM ET. IMO Bettman isn't the man to be managing the NHL but he does make it look like he listens to the fans. Wings have been floundering ever since that bad call. And that wasn't the only bad call in the game either.

I saw that. He was pretty intense. Coache's corner has been going downhill for a long time now. They used to actually talk about the game. Now it's all blabbering every week often times about off topic stuff. We need good tough players. Europeans usually don't play as tough but they tend to have better sportsmanship. It 's probably because they play on bigger ice or something. Toronto doesn't suck because of the nationality of their players. Don Cherry was out of line.

Osgood is a great goalie but him and Legace had a tendency of letting in back brake goals in the playoffs. Hasek thrives on that kind of pressure. For a goalie in the playoffs it's all psychological. Hasek is better at saving a "wtf was that" shot than Osgood.

Mac would have been fine playing in tonights game. I'll tell you that.

There's an extensive political discussion. I would wonder what the rule is for injured players. What if you get a steroid injection to help with an injury like Zetterberg and his back problem or Hasek and his recurring hip problem? Steroids could probably help those injuries.

Dallas is up 3-1! That is good. Every weekend pick i made is wrong or looking to be wrong! Detroit can beat both of these teams. I don't think they can beat them which Meech Quincey and Lebda all playing in the same game. But with raf, kronner and cleary they can beat them. Fedorov can play defense too, which would make him a good aquisition. Still Detroit should grab some big guys for the same price instead.
