Lehtinen was not on the ice for the 1st two power play goals. Holmstrom's goal should have been called off. Wings could only score on power plays. Dallas was too tired after the 4OT game. This win was pure luck.

I'm impressed with Dallas. They match up well with those California teams. It will be interesting to see how they match with Detroit. I think Detroit was impressive against Nashville. The Colorado series looks good though they are riddled with injuries. I think Pittsburgh goes to show how bad the Eastern Conference is. I think Pittsburgh is on par with Colorado only less experienced, maybe more passion.

Hey friends, I was at the game today and I had an awesome time! I've never been to a game that exciting. It was a nail biter in the beginning, there was a fight with D-mac, plenty of goals against our rival avs and a Franzen hat trick. Just a great time all around. Wings totally dominated and when the game was close Osgood came up big. The place was super loud before the game even began! Great game. Go Wings! The atmosphere in there was like we had already won the series! It was great!

I never like seeing injuries on any team. Last series when Arnott got a concussion during the celebration of a goal was really too bad. I've always been anti-Floppa though.

It's a totally different game now.

Yes it REALLY annoys me! Anyways, back on topic The Avalanche are a different team from the regular season 4-0 domination. I think Detroit matches up well against these guys. They will play tough and Theodore is a pretty good goalie. Not as far a plane trip as Calgary. Tough series but I'd favor them over Calgary. Calgary scares me. That year we lost to them in the second round we were totally owned. Probably one of the worst series I've ever seen the Wings play. Even moreso than our first round exits. On the other hand, we dominated them last playoffs and during the regular season this year. Wings will have to play better than they did against Nashville because Calgary has more offensive threats. Calgary doesn't have many injuries either. Do they? I choose Lanche. Calgary and Kiprusoff are looking really good against San Jose and downright scary. Game 7 will be intense.
