It was my first playoff game too. It was AWESOME! I tried getting a closeup picture of Pierre interviewing Draper in the beginning to do some MS paint modifying to Pierre but it didn't work. The NHL.com article says they got breaks but the Wings really dominated this game. Hasek looked great except for that second goal. Kid Rock was there! Predators don't stand a chance. The 'Ellis' chants were awesome! I think I saw Pierre giving Nashville pointers in the second!

Two of their players ganged up on one of the Stars almost to hurt him right as Dallas scored the first goal. I don't have a clip. Ahh sweet vengeance!

Honestly, the injury situation is horrible. Maltby, Draper, Holmstrom and Samuelsson are out. Those are big playoff players. Stuart will be back but not 100%. Cleary needs to shine again. Nashville is the best team we could choose to play though. They are missing players and a focused Redwings team can beat these guys in 4. Hopefully, we make quick work of them and Malts, Drapes and Samuelsson are back to 100%. Who knows with Holmstrom. His injury is lingering pretty bad. Stuart should be close to 100% by round 2. The other nights game against Columbus looked really bad.

Also, - if Nashville gets 1 point and Calgary loses. We play Nashville. - If Nashville wins and Calgary gets 1 point. We play Calgary. - If both teams get one point. Nashville. I doubt either of those teams want to play San Jose. Nashville plays Chicago today after playing last night. Flames play Vancouver on saturday. So, if Nashville only gets 1 point or less. We will know today. Otherwise, a win would take us to Saturday.
