Updated: http://wingsarena.tumblr.com Almost have the steel wrapped all the way around on the lower portion. Bunch of concrete prefabs in place for the rows of seats in the upper.

I was at the game and I noticed after the game ended, Glendening was doing the NHL 94 style celebration. My brother and I thought it was hilarious. Has anyone else seen him or other Wings do that before? It would be great if the whole team would do it. -
Updated http://wingsarena.tumblr.com They are making great progress with the steel for only having been putting it up for a week or so. You can start to see the bowl take shape. Exciting times!

This arena is going to be amazing. Awesome to see they are upping the ante to make it even sweeter. The suspended seating/walkway bit from the ceiling is cool. They have that at MSG. Anyways, I plan on going to the site this weekend to fly over it and will update the blog when I do.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates the past month. Made a few updates to the blog from a flyover yesterday: http://wingsarena.tumblr.com You can start to see the positioning of the arena bowl in relation to the site now. Looking forward to flying over when they start to build the bowl. As for updates coming into the colder months, as long as it isn't wet out and not super windy, I will still fly. If I can't fly, I will try to get pics best I can from the street level.
