Why is it so far fetched? Look at Datsyuk's numbers at age 24 with similar playing time. Very similar. I don't think he'll turn into a top-5 NHL player like Datsyuk has become, but I bet if someone said he would be the best two-way forward in the league six years ago, people like you would call them insane.

I can't believe some of the stuff coming out of people's mouths. Fire Babcock? Really? You have a short memory. The guy just won the Stanley f***in' Cup. This team is awful. Really? This team, despite it's awfulness, is somehow in first place. Wow! That's impressive. People are unbelievable.

I suppose. The '02 Cup team wasn't overly tough either though. Though, I don't think the '08 team gets enough credit for their toughness. None of it really matters in the playoffs anyway.
