I swear to god, if i have to hear "beware the wounded penguin" one more fricken time im going to puke. Thanks don. I've talked to 4 pens fans today.. they all say the same thing, my MSN is filled with that same comment. Well, half of them are leaf fans living through another teams dream, because they cant finish. But thats beside the point. Did everyone forget that the wings play their best hockey when their backs are against the wall. Even still, the wings are dominant in almost every category of the game. I believe the wings are more pissed off than anything from that loss and will come fired. Btw, it wasn't a "crushing" loss. Bounces happen, we clearly didn't get much in game 5, s*** happens life goes on. wings in 6.

Ok. In my opinion, this particular misshap It wasn't Franzens fault. Sure, Z could have got it deep, but when he has 2 guys on him with no space and no time, he aint going to do @#$% all with the puck. As well, Franzen had a guy on him screwing with this stick, sure he could have done something, but the fact that he didn't doesnt piss me off. What did piss me off is that Raffs shy'd away from the puck when 2 guys were coming down on him. With a lead and 30 seconds to go, its called taking the hit for the team. You can see it, its in plain sight. If raff shovels it down the boards, I guarantee that the pens dont score because it would have been easier for mule to get to the puck and the cup is ours. I hate watching defense shy away from the puck just because he doesn't want to get hit. Unacceptable. But anyways, we had more then a few chances to put this game to rest and came up short. So you can't blame one particular play. Thought the wings still had their puck dominance during this game. Full faith that we win in 6. Go Wings!
