Ohhhh... well that makes sense then. I don't think Murphy was the difference or anything, though. A hall-of-fame D-man never hurts though. I hope no one saw the little intermission clip tonite with Murphy in a bathrobe. Sickening.

Pretty boring first period. I'm really gettin' sick of all the turnovers in our own zone (I know, haters, It has NOTHING to do with the injuries ). The way this game is going, we're gonna need the first goal. Our last powerplay was pretty good. We're just waiting too long for the perfect shot. Hopefully we come out shooting in the 2nd.

What exactly are you asking? Are you saying Larry Murphy won us a Cup? Are you comparing his and Barry Melrose's 80's hairstyles? What are you saying here?

Hank sure has seemed unsure of himself the past few games.... I think Lidstrom brings a level of confidence that isn't enough talked about.

I hate Barry "I'm only recognized because I coached Gretzky and I haven't changed my hairstyle since" Melrose. Who cares what filth comes out of his mouth. The trade deadline is overrated. RARELY does a deadline deal win anyone a Cup.

This "current team" of ours got us unto first place with a steady asswhooping of any team we faced (besides the last 10 games). Relax you buncha drama queens. We'll be healthier by playoffs, and we'll be ready. Be a true fan, and not a spoiled one. At least we're not Kings fans!
