FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF WHY CAN'T IT EVER BE A SIMPLE WIN WITH YOU, DETROIT?! Wait, wasn't that a kicking motion?

KOLZIG SMAAAAAASH

MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULE! Holy cow, look at all the Wings fans lol.
-
This team is MADDENING to watch this season. One period they're out on their ass, the next they're playing like a machine.
-
When the Flames play in Phoenix it's practically a home game for them.
-
5-2 Wings. Babcock's rage over last game manifests itself in a telekenetic empty-net goal.

I swear to ******* god, if the gap between first and second playoff seed is decided by a single point, I will remember this game...
-
Could it be that Chris Chelios' presence has been the key to the Wings' defensive cohesion THIS ENTIRE TIME?!
-
Christ, this commentary is one long Penguins circlejerk. Also, god ******* dammit.
-
Only been able to catch the third period. This has been INSAAAAAAAANE though.
-
This. Calgary used to have my least favourite 'fans' after 2004, but last years playoffs were made ******* INFURIATING by those smug dbags in Pitts. I've never encountered such a classless group. Well, not since Philly.
-
Seems like players on the ice have those templates as well. Philly is even going back to the white template on orange jersey look.

Good God you guys, I've heard of biting troll bait before but sometimes this forum is absolutely mind-boggling to witness. And I browse 4chan. I've watched the highlight clip of Cleary's empty net goal, I don't see Hossa anywhere remotely close to him, let alone begging for the puck. Besides, someone could just as easily argue that Hossa would be selfish for demanding the hat trick on a silver platter in the first place. All I can say is kudos to this moron for having the dedication not only to actually spend his weekend writing that TL;DR garbage, but also to make a second account just to aritifically pad his argument with MORE TL;DR garbage. Try going outside sometime, maybe?

Was at the game tonight as I've mentioned ad infintum. Sure enough, another 3-2 win. The pattern is preserved. -Sweet fight by McCarty early in the game, really seemed to charge the team for the first period and a bit. -Zetterberg was on fire -Special teams were spot on. Thank God, or we probably would have gotten raped with all the penalties. Thankfully the refs did a lot of stuff in our favour, including pretty much all the calls leading to that 5-on-3 for that one goal. -Great tight defense for the first half of the game, exactly what it should be. Fell apart in the third period there, thankfully it didn't derail to the point of losing the game. and YAY, GOT AUTOGRAPHS! The teams all filed into a bus around the back of the arena, McCarty and Filpulla came out to sign stuff and get photos taken.
-
Where are they? Do you have a spare? XP I'll be the drunk guy in section 112 who refuses to sit down, just in case.
-
No real luck with autographs. I scouted around the arena and noticed a group of people loitering around one of the gates so I assumed that was the place to go. Ran back to my friend's place to grab my stuff but by the time I got back everyone was gone :/ Might try after the game though.
-
Actually never attempted to before. My main reason for attempting this time is because a good friend of mine on the other end of the continent is dying for something autographed by Osgood, though if I can get one of my jerseys signed in the process all the better :I

According to the thread: The problem is that GM Place has an underground parking lot that I would imagine is restricted access, and I have a hard time believing that players wouldn't be entering and leaving the arena through there, so I don't know if the info is actually any help. I'm bunking at a friend's place literally a block away from the arena, though, so there's no reason for me to not at least check it out. Anyway, I'm thinking the Wings will have put the few days off to good use, gotten nice and angry from the SJ game and come out with a bit more gusto. Funnily enough, I've been to Wings away games here in Vancouver for the last couple of seasons and the last two seasons have given the exact same scores: 3-2 win for the first game, 4-1 loss for the second. I'm gonna stick to the pattern this time and call for a 3-2 wings win.
-
Awesome GDT. Anyone gonna be at the Garage for the game? I was gonna check up on some advice in another thread on possibly getting some autographs after the morning skate. Dunno how reliable it is, though, I've been hearing conflicting places and times for meeting the players.

Thank you so much for this, count me in for Sunday afternoon.
