How's our cap space look for this off-season? Having Zetterberg and Osgood for bargain-bin prices for at least another season would seems as though we've got a fair amount of cap space to work with. Imagine the insult added to injury if we were to swipe up Orpik or (unlikely) Hossa.

I'd order a SCF hat but a couple days ago I had already put in an order for one of these sweet-ass mofos: http://www.hatland.com/store.cfm/hats,4,50...p;sortby=newest

Not all of us have NBC coverage.

Penfans are capable of class after all? The sky is falling in.

Uh, didn't Bowman also coach the Penguins?

This guy has some serious dedicaton/cash to burn

CBC did the exact same thing, in all fairness

By that logic, I can say "We lost game 3 then rebounded in game 4 on Penguins ice. We lost game 5, winning game 6 on Penguins ice again is a given"

Pittsburgh Fans: The Bastion of Classiness

Given that Pens fans were all but coronating a game 4 win after game 3 (much like how you're coronating a game 6 - and 7 - win after seeing the results of game 5), I'm going to have to call hypocricy on this.
-
For all this talk of grammar and verb tenses, Pens fans don't seem to have much of a grasp of basic math; last I checked, 3>2. The ball is ultimately still in Detroit's proverbial court here, as much as Pittsburgh enjoys clinging to cliche sportscaster buzzwords like 'momentum'. Game 6 is in Pittsburgh, yes, but citing the Pens home success dosen't hold much water when only the last two going on three games at the Igloo involved the Wings. And hey, Detroit has proved not only that it can win at the Igloo, but it can do so with a gift-wrapped 5-on-3 against them, and without needing to score the first goal. It was supposedly impossible for them to win Game 4, now all of the sudden it's supposedly impossible to win now?

I've been wearing my vintage winged wheel shirt under my work clothes since game 6 of the WCF. Obviously it's been a little off-and-on as far as juju is concerned, I dunno whether to go for it this time.

Oh god damn, I was drafting a full version of the theme at work today (I get too bored at work, lol). I had: SWEDE-STAR ROLL CALL! HENRIK! KRONWALL! NICK LIDSTROM! MUUUUUUUUULE!

Mind if I join you? The WHL sounds more and more appealing in the event of that scenario.

Oh s***, I don't have that poster but I know exactly what look you're talking about, it's actually a little creepy. I also offer a little MST3K-derived advice: to the opening theme, of course: If you're wondering what the s*** we'll do after that Game 5 JUST REPEAT TO YOURSELF, "IT'S STILL 3-2, WE'RE GONNA BE ******* FINE"

I had to kinda watch the game on and off since most of it was during work, but the Penguins kept scoring when I was there to watch, and the Wings kept scoring when I was away from the TV. I got back home in time for the 2nd OT, after that Hudler penalty I knew in the back of my mind that it was over but I left the TV to see if superstition would work out again. Guess it didn't :/

Even they wouldn't take them, they'd be like the t-shirt equivalent of the muffin bottoms from that one Seinfeld episode.
-
What'll they do with the Penguins ones?

Lets get this done with already. I'm sick of the rollercoaster ride this series has been.

I know its not reality, but it brought a smile to my face

You know, the crazy thing is, when I had my 360 I wound up with a Wings-Pens finals too. Unfortunately I had to sell off the XBox before I got around to deciding the series. -
