looks like the top teams in the east are gearing up for a run, be nice to see the teams from the east get banged around a bit more in their playoff runs.

I think game winning goal and +/- are a similar type of stat when they stand out when i guy is +20 you know there is something special about that player, when a guy has 12 Game winning goals in the playoffs you know he wants to win bad he is battling he is showing heart. To me its a good stat when measure in extremes.

Something I have noticed about these outdoor games is the marketing opportunities, each team gets a "special jersey" for the event, usually something from back in the day, right off the bat that gives teams like Toronto, New York and Montreal instant thought but then the kings could wear their old school yellow and purple (bleh) Colorado could go with the rockies (that would be kind of cool), Dallas could go with the green N from the north star days. Something tells me the league would like to see the leafs get out of the basement before they try and showcase them. If the leafs had actually held on to their 1st round draft choices that would have really helped them I think if they had a face that they could market game on!

As I understand it there was no video on the pens wings preseason game as the game wasnt televised. Ya so what it should be recorded.
