20 minutes left for Crawford's SHUTOUT. What a clutch goalie to earn a game 7 SHUTOUT

Hopefully we smell blood. Although it is the almighty Corey Crawford we're trying to score on... Against Crawford. If you haven't noticed all the shutout talk on here, that's what it's about...

It's called reverse psychology.

Crawford is a wall. I just looked it up, he had one shutout against Minnesota so this will be his second shutout of the postseason. No surprise for such a solid playoff goalie.

We need several things to happen to beat the Hawks in their barn in game 7, so here's my 7 keys: 1) We need Jimmy to be back to superhuman Jimmy, he has looked average again the last couple games. 2) Flip and Mule need to limit the floating around center ice and play with some purpose. 3) We need bodies in front of Crawford but without creating stupid penalties in the process. 4) Smith needs to surgically remove his head from his arse and limit the defensive lapses. 5) Hard clears down the boards on the PK. 6) Win the 50/50 battles on the puck 7) Shoot, shoot, shoot. You never know what kind of fluke bounce you're gonna get and that could be all we need for a date with LA.

Well, I hope the Wings are happy with laying down and dying in the 3rd. All you gotta do is play keep away for 20 minutes and this series is over. Instead, we decide to make idiotic mistakes (I'm looking at you Smith) and let the Hawks back in the series. Hopefully we can regroup and make some noise Wednesday and tonight didn't deflate the guy's sails too badly.

What did this guy do to get in Babs' doghouse so bad? I haven't even heard a mention of his name this postseason. I realize he's not the best d-man on the planet but I also didn't think he's horrible. Anyone know why he's not getting any playing time this postseason?

Yes, I was asking it in multiple threads such as the GDT and the like. I never got a response so I figured I would start a thread in hopes that someone might know something I don't. I did watch just about every game of the regular season and didn't think he was good (nor terrible either).

I completely agree with the Smith errors. He's either been hit or miss these whole playoffs. What exactly did Ian White do to get in Babcock's doghouse so bad that he doesn't get to play anymore?

Babcock better light a fire under their keysters before Monday night. Don't give too much momentum back to these clowns.

Loving watching the meltdown on the Squawks HF Board. They're crying for Toews/Taves saying he didn't get enough calls and was hacked all night. I'm at work right now but can't wait to see the win on DVR in the morning!
