God I wish Lilja would play more physical, but what can you do.. The lineup.. hmm. Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Holmstrom Samuelson-Filpula-Cleary Hudler-Franzen-Kopecky Maltby-Draper-McCarty will probably be the way the lines are, unless we play Anaheim, in which case they would probably be. Cleary-Zetterberg-Franzen Filpula-Datsyuk-Holmstrom Maltby-Draper-McCarty Drake-Kopecky-Downey I'd much rather the 2nd, bigger, stronger, and just as able to score. The only difference on defence would be, Lilja plays against Anaheim, Lebda plays against the rest of the west. You need size when your playing size, if we get a Vancouver or a Dallas in the 1st round, you wont need Lilja.

Wooooooo!! I've been waiting for this since I first read about him with Flint. I'm so proud of Darren, and happy that we'll get to see 25 on the ice again. The Joe is gonna be effin rocking on Friday! I really hope he gets in a couple scraps, like taking on someone like Mayers or Backes. Hopefully(probably not because it is Babs), we could see Mac, Downey and Drake all in the line-up at the same time.

I watch alot of Leafs hockey, and have always been a fan of Bell. He'd be a perfect fit here IMO, if given the oppurtunity, he could score goals. He's a very physical player, and fights too (Not lately because he's stuck with a cage on). Besides, it couldnt take to much to get him from Toronto.

I really like Quincey and hope we keep him, we havent had a tough canadian defender on the Wings since.. Bob Rouse? Been a while.

Geez, it's been too long guys. (Det#1 ) I imagine I wasnt the only one excited to see Boogaard return earlier this month? Man I love that guy, beat down Stortini pretty good tonight. And Alex Burrows, I wish he'd quit hockey. He challenges RYAN SMYTH to a fight, and then runs away? I need to ask a Canucks fan how they feel about this guy.
